Privacy Policy
Last updated: This is an English translation of our Turkish-language notice, provided for convenience. The service is operated from Türkiye and Turkish law applies; if the two versions differ, the Turkish text prevails.
1. Purpose and Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how VN Studio collects, uses and protects the information you give us or that we collect through our website and services. It should be read together with our Data Protection Notice, which is the notice we are required to publish under Law no. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”).
2. Information We Collect
- Contact details (name and surname, email address, telephone number)
- The content of service and subscription forms
- Technical data (IP address, device, browser, usage statistics)
- Cookies and similar technologies (full list in our Cookie Policy)
- If you have given marketing consent: SHA-256 hashes of your email address, telephone number and name used for advertising matching
3. Why We Use It
- To provide, improve and personalise our services
- To communicate with you and provide support
- Security, error detection and fraud prevention
- Marketing and newsletters (only where you have given explicit consent)
4. Sharing and Transfers
Your data is shared with our payment providers (PayTR, and Paddle for sales outside Türkiye), our hosting and email providers, and with public authorities where the law requires it.
Transfers abroad: if you have given marketing consent, data is transferred to Meta (and, through the advertising tag, to Google) for advertising measurement. Country and city are determined from a local database on our own server; your IP address is not sentto any third party for this purpose. The data transferred, the legal basis (article 9 of the KVKK) and the information about possible risks are set out in the “Transfers of Personal Data” section of our Data Protection Notice.
This Privacy Policy is a summary; the disclosure duty under article 10 of the KVKK is fulfilled by our Data Protection Notice and Cookie Policy.
5. Retention and Security
Data is kept for as long as it is needed for the purpose and for the periods that the applicable legislation requires; it is protected with appropriate technical and organisational measures.
6. Your Rights
Under article 11 of the KVKK you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and similar. For details see our Data Protection Notice.
