Refund Policy
Last updated:
1. Scope
This policy applies to online video courses sold by Veli Kürşat Bıçakçı (VN Studio) through vnstudiotr.com.
Our order process for customers outside Türkiye is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for those orders and handles all billing enquiries.
2. Access is granted immediately
Your course is added to your account as soon as payment is confirmed, and the service is performed immediately from that moment.
3. Our refund offer
We refund your payment in full if:
- you request it within 30 days of purchase, and
- you have not opened the course at all.
«Not opened» means the course page has not been opened and no lesson has been played. We determine this from our server records. Once you have opened the course, the service is considered performed and we do not offer a refund.
4. Statutory rights in the EU, EEA, Switzerland and the UK
If you are a consumer in the European Union, the European Economic Area, Switzerland or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days. Nothing in this policy limits that right. To exercise it, contact veli@vnstudiotr.com or Paddle at paddle.net.
5. How to request a refund
Sign in and go to My Account → My Orders, then use «Request a refund» next to the relevant order. We respond within 3 business days by email. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
6. Faulty or misdescribed content
This policy does not affect your rights if the course is faulty or materially different from its description. If videos will not play or the content does not match what was advertised, contact veli@vnstudiotr.com even if you have already started the course.
7. Misuse
We may decline requests and restrict future purchases where we see repeated refund requests for the same course, requests made across multiple accounts, or other misuse of this policy.
8. Before you file a chargeback
Please contact us before disputing a payment with your bank — we can almost always resolve it faster.
9. Contact and dispute resolution
If you are a consumer in Türkiye, you may take claims below TRY 186,000 (the threshold for 2026) to the Provincial or District Consumer Arbitration Committee where you live or where the transaction took place. Above that amount you may apply to the Consumer Court, provided that you first go through mediation as required by article 73/A of Law no. 6502. Under the same law, consumer cases may also be filed in the consumer court at the consumer's own place of residence. The threshold is revised every year; please check the Turkish Ministry of Trade's announcements for the current figure. This paragraph describes rights under Turkish consumer law and the Turkish version of this text is authoritative.
