Terms of Use

1. Purpose and Scope
These Terms of Use govern your use of the website and services of Veli Kürşat Bıçakçı (VN Studio). By using our site you are deemed to have accepted these terms.
2. Use of the Service
- You may use our site for lawful purposes only.
- Misusing our services or obtaining unauthorised access is prohibited.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on the site (text, images, video and similar material) belongs to VN Studio or is licensed to it. It may not be copied, distributed or used commercially without permission.
4. Disclaimer
Content on the site is provided for general information. We take great care over its accuracy and currency, but errors are possible. Users rely on this information at their own responsibility.
5. Accounts
Access to the courses you purchase is granted to the user account you create. You are responsible for the security of your account and password; sharing your account or password with others is prohibited. Accounts may be suspended in case of breach.
6. Changes
VN Studio reserves the right to change its services and these terms without prior notice. Changes take effect when published on the site.
7. Purchase, Payment and Refunds
The ordering steps, how the contract is stored and how you can correct your details are described in our order guide (available in Turkish at İşlem Rehberi); withdrawal rights and refund conditions are set out in our Refund Policy.
How we process personal data is explained in our Data Protection Notice and Cookie Policy.
8. Merchant of Record for Orders Outside Türkiye
Our order process for customers outside Türkiye is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for those orders and handles all billing enquiries. Orders placed in Türkiye are collected by us directly through our contracted payment provider.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
If you are a consumer in Türkiye, you may take claims below TRY 186,000 (the threshold for 2026) to the Provincial or District Consumer Arbitration Committee where you live or where the transaction took place. Above that amount you may apply to the Consumer Court, provided that you first go through mediation as required by article 73/A of Law no. 6502. Under the same law, consumer cases may also be filed in the consumer court at the consumer's own place of residence. The threshold is revised every year; please check the Turkish Ministry of Trade's announcements for the current figure.
